Thai VP Bellevue offer the simple yet clever combinations of Eastern and Western influences harmoniously combined into mild to spicy flavors work together to make each dish come alive. One of our most favorites is the Lamb curry. The curry we prepared simmer for at least 3 hours until the meats are soft and tendered, and bathing with the Panang curry sauce. All of our curries are plant-based, there are no dairy in our curry. We use pure coconut milk which give you a healthy creamy texture.
Finally found a place on the east side that serves legit khao soi. Still a little more thick that I'm used to via Chiang Mai, but still savory, spicy and oh so good. Love the rice and crispy egg noodles with plenty of chicken. Definitely good Thai comfort food.
Also tried the devils curry with lamb which had a great flavor and was delicious as well. Both meat (lamb and chicken) were slightly overcooked but other than that, strong thumbs up. And to cleanse the palate at the end, they give the most delicious tiny scoop of coconut ice cream. Not normally a coconut fan but that was exceptional I'd buy a pint on its own just to savor. Yum.
Tamarind phad thai and phad keep mao were to die for. House made coconut ice cream at the end blew me away too. We'll be back to Bellevue's hidden gem again.
Really good food! Will definitely go back to this place. We ordered a curry, pah thai, and crispy chicken. All dishes were seasoned and cooked with care.
